GRAHAM - Mrs. Brenda Sharpe Stafford, 92, of Graham passed away at Cambridge Hills Assisted Living in Pittsboro on Monday, May 4, 2020 at 2:15 p.m.
A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of the late James Marvin Stafford and the daughter of Alvis Alexander Sharpe and Alma Graves Sharpe, both deceased. She was a homemaker and a member of Center United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Dan Stafford and wife Wanda of Snow Camp and Gary Stafford and wife Angie of Apex; four grandchildren, Brian Stafford and wife Shannon, Amy Hilfiker and husband Jonathan, Eric Stafford and wife Amanda, and Linda Stafford; four greatgrandchildren, Graham, Wyatt, Dillon and Adam; sister, Eudell Matthews; and sister-in-law, Iris Sharpe. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Norine Clapp and Esther Richardson and a brother, Dalton Sharpe.
We are deeply disappointed that social restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic prevent us from giving our mother .a traditional funeral at this time. A graveside service will be held at Center United Methodist Church.
