Charles  P. "Bill" Lineberry 
    CREEDMOOR, Granville County — Charles  P. "Bill" Lineberry , 84, a resident of 15021 Aiken Road, Wake Forest, died Sunday, October 30, 2005, at Durham Regional Hospital.
    A native of Alamance County, he was the son of the late William Lemuel and Mary Winters Lineberry . A member of Mebane Presbyterian Church, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, having served in the South Pacific Theatre, and was retired as operational manager of Pilot Freight.
    The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Eakes Funeral Chapel in Creedmoor by the Rev. Dan Hill. Burial will be in Carolina Memorial Gardens.
    Surviving are his wife, Shirley Beck Lineberry  of the home; a son, Terry Weaver (Donna) of Wake Forest; a sister, Margaret Lineberry  Boswell of Burlington; a sister-inlaw, Edith Lineberry  of Graham; two grandchildren, Christy W. Watkins (Curt), Brian Weaver and friend, Shannon Wilcher; and several nieces and nephews.
    Visitation will be at Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor from 7 to 8 this evening, and at other times at the home.
