REIDSVILLE — Mamie Jefferson Dyson , 84, formerly of 354 Browns Chapel Road, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2006 at Annie Penn Hospital.
Mrs. Dyson was born in Caswell County to the late William L. and Annie Warren Jefferson.
She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant View Assembly of God.
Survivors include her daughters, Lois Gregory and husband Maynard of Elon and Carolyn Keck and husband Pete of Reidsville; grandchildren, Wendy Poulos and husband Chris, Denna Raymond and husband Chris, and Eric Keck and wife Anna; and great-grandchildren, Alexandria Poulos and Maddie Raymond.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Dyson ; brothers, Walter, Woodrow and Fuller Jefferson; and sisters, Viola Garrison, Nannie Bell Dix and Lillie Mae Barts.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 27, 2006 at Pleasant View Assembly of God. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends today, March 26, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at the residence on Browns Chapel Road.
