Margaret Foster Clapp

BURLINGTON — Margaret Foster Clapp , 71, of Burlington went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 29, 2006 at Alamance Health Care.

She was born in Guilford County to the late Starling Montgomery and Nellie Alcon Foster . She was the wife of the late William Henry Clapp . She retired from the Bennett Corporation and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include a son, Dennis Scott Campbell and wife Vickie of Burlington; three brothers, Ed Foster and wife Peggy of Reidsville, Wayne Foster and wife Kay of Burlington, and Jim Foster and wife Janet of Burlington; two grandchildren, Michael Scott Campbell and Tanya Michelle Campbell; one step grandchild, Brian Eugene Williams; many nieces and nephews.

The funeral services will be on Monday, May 1, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Darrell Massey. Burial will follow in the Gibsonville City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends today, April 30, 2006 from 3 until 5 p.m. at the funeral home. At other times the family will be at the son’s home, 1525 Birchwood Dr., Burlington.
