Garland Monroe Gerringer
BURLINGTON — Garland Monroe Gerringer , age 67, of 3756 Stony Creek Church Road, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2005 at D & M Family Care.
A native of Alamance County, he was son of the late Alvis Monroe and Viola Dickens Gerringer . He was a member of the Army National Guard, and was retired from Burlington Industries, Williamsburg Plant. He later worked for Hanford Brick Company.
There are no immediate survivors.
Graveside services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, 2005, at the Bethlehem Christian Church cemetery by the Rev. Dave Gilbert.
Mr. Gerringer will remain at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory until taken to the cemetery for the service. Friends and family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home from 5 to 7 this evening. 3, Garland Monroe Gerringer
