BURLINGTON — Jeanette Butler Greeson , age 70, of 1621 Wheeler Bridge Road, Burlington, passed away Thursday, November 29, 2007, at the Hospice Home.
A native of Alamance County, she was wife of the late Billy Wayne Greeson and daughter of the late William Edward and Valinda Satterfield Butler . She and her husband operated Greeson’s Store and Jeanette was an Avon Representative.
Survivors include her daughter, Debbie G. Woods of Burlington; grandson, Dakota Woods; brothers, William Edward "Buster" Butler and wife Mary, of Elon, Dr. Wallace Butler and wife, Judy, of Welcome, Jerry Butler and wife, Cinda, of Mebane and Jeff Butler and wife, Ada, of Atlanta, Ga.; sisters, Kaynell Ackenback and her husband, Frank of Cincinnati, Ohio, Valinda Feather and her husband, John, of Fairfax, Va., Juanita Bell and her husband, Leroy of Hopedale and Marie Ammons of Virginia Beach, Va.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Springwood Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Don Kerns. Eulogy will be by Mary Anne Butler (niece). There will be no visitation.
Arrangements are by Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory.
