STANLEY ~ Lucille Whitley Farris Caldwell, 97, was a daughter to the late Clarence Watson and Martha Brown Whitley. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Yates Clyne Farris, Sr. and William H. Caldwell; son Allan Farris; grandson, Jonathan Young; step-son, Bill Caldwell; several siblings.
Lucille was a graduate of Bessemer City High School. She was a longtime member of Maylo United Methodist Church in Ranlo where she was a member of the Susanna Wesley Sunday School Class. She was retired from Holiday Inn in Gastonia. Lucille loved her family and was a gracious hostess. She loved music and was a gifted musician.
Interment in Bethany Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Clover, SC.
