Church"[Methodist Episcopal]Sometimes the family name is spelled "Summers" in records.If I am correct, Andrew married Mary Swift of Caswell County in 1833. By 1836 he was married to "Julia" and had a child; it is possible Mary died between 1833 and 1836. According to the 1850 census, he and Julia had the following children:Jane (1836-?William (1838-bet 1910 and 1920)Pinckney (1840-1912)Margaret (1844-1922 Ware)Elizabeth (1846-?)Rosannah (1849-?)In the 1860 census, Julia is living with the children above (except Jane, who either died or got married), plus:Julia (1851-? Eliza Caroline (1853-1918 Ware)and William's wife ElizabethNeither mother Julia nor daughter Julia appear in further censuses.
