FEBRUARY 28, 1941 ~ JULY 31, 2019 (AGE 78)
Mr. Dennis Archer Bolton, 78, of Whitsett passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 3:47 p.m.
A native of New Bedford, MA, he was the husband of Faye Reece Bolton, who survives and the son of Fergus Bolton and Mary Winifred Archer Bolton, both deceased. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and worked as an engineer. Mr. Bolton was a member of Brick Reformed Church and the Elk’s Lodge of New Bedford, MA.
In addition to his wife of the home, survivors include two daughters, Sandra Arnold (Doug) and Donna Bolton, all of Middletown, RI; step-daughter, Julie Wall (Rick) of Riverside, RI; step-son, Jake Edmonds (Michael Leach) of Windermere, FL; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nancy Rose Bolton and a brother, Raymond Bolton.
A memorial service will be conducted at Brick Reformed Church on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. by Pastor Geoff LaLone with the family receiving friends from 1:45 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service.
