Timothy Ray Coble
BURLINGTON — Mr. Timothy Ray Coble, 57, of 2745 Huffman Mill Road, Burlington, died at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Thursday, December 10, 2009 at 2:04 p.m.
A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of Barbara O. Coble and the son of P. J. Coble and Donna Greeson Coble, all who survive. He was a self-employed heavy equipment exporter and grading contractor.
Mr. Coble (Paw Paw Tim) was an especially loving and devoted father and grandfather. In addition to his wife of the home and parents of Burlington, survivors include two daughters, Melanie Coble Lowe and husband Jay of Burlington and Jenny Coble Campbell and husband Mike of Gibsonville; a son, Bryan Timothy Coble and wife Heather of Burlington; eight grandchildren, McKinnley Lowe, Madelyn Lowe, Miriam Campbell, Hannah Campbell, Micah Lowe, George Campbell, William Campbell and one unborn grandson; three brothers, Thomas L. Coble of Burlington, James Anthony “Tony” Coble of Elon and Terry W. Coble of Gibsonville.
The funeral service will be conducted at Beacon Baptist Church on Sunday, December 13, 2009 at 2 p.m. by Pastor Greg Barkman and Pastor Robert LaTour. The body will be taken to the church 30 minutes prior to the service. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Christian Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Saturday from 6 until 8 p.m. At other times they will be at the residence of a daughter, Melanie Lowe, 3028-D Rock Hill Road, Burlington, N.C. 27215.
