GIBSONVILLE-Joel Dean Moss, 65, a US Army Veteran of Gibsonville passed away on Sunday December 13th, 2020 after two weeks of failing health, at Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem.
In rememberance, a gathering of family and friends will be held between 2 pm until 4 pm on Saturday, December 19th at the home of his daughter, Kristin, 310 Wicker St. Gibsonville. Casual dress preferred as that is what Dean would want. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to his daughter Kristin Fender.

Joel Dean Moss, 65, a US Army Veteran of Gibsonville passed away on Sunday December 13th, 2020 after two weeks of failing health, at Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem.
Dean was born in Gibsonville on January 24, 1955 the son of Joe Moss and Irma Hensley Foust. He was employed as a machinist for many years and was retired from Mabry Industries. He enjoyed fishing, collecting antiques, going to the beach, walking his dog-Charlie Brown, spending time with his friends and especially his Daughters and Grandsons.
Surviving are his daughters Ashley King and Kristin Leigh Fender (Dustin), grandsons Nolan James Fender, Asher “Dean” Fender, Avery Siler, and Elijah Brantley. Brothers Gary Moss and Darryl Moss (Wendy) and a sister Angie Moss Harvey (Pudgy). He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Cynthia Kirkman Moss.
