Mrs. Elva Tickle Henson, age 88, of Dyersburg, TN died Friday, September 17, 2010 at Maple Ridge Assisted Living in Dyersburg, TN.

Graveside services for Mrs. Henson will be 5:00 PM, Sunday, September 19, 2010 at Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg, TN conducted by Dr. Larry Blakeburn. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include one son, Ralph Henson and wife Serena of Dyersburg; two grandchildren, Jennifer Henson Davis and husband Chad and Amy Henson Armstrong and husband David; and three great-grandchildren, Ches Davis, Jenna Claire Armstrong and Macey Armstrong.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Zeno & Litt Fuller Tickle; two sisters, Lucille Zarecor and Mary Ridge; and one brother, Emerson Tickle.

The Henson family requests memorials be directed to the Dyersburg Dyer County Union Mission, 213 West Cedar Street, Dyersburg, TN 38024.
