February 23, 1942 ~ February 29, 2024 (age 82)
On February 29th, 2024, the Lord welcomed home Robert "Jerry" Wolfe after a brief battle with illness.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Roby Wolfe and Maybell Boley, brothers Donnie and James Wolfe, sister Linda Wolfe, wife Glenda Wolfe, and daughter Beth Wolfe and Angie Dove. Survivors include daughter Brooke Weeks (Reid), son, Timothy Walker, brothers Floyd Wolfe (Nina) and Jeff Wolfe (Amy), sister, Carol Patterson, grandchildren, Aaron Shaver, Christopher Dove, and Christian Walker, and a great grandchild, Jzeiah Neu, as well as lifelong friends Harold and Faith Friddle.
Wolfe worked as an electrician and loved the outdoors. A friend to man, Wolfe made memories hunting and fishing. He was quick to let you know what he thought and always believed things could be done faster. He was generous and cared about others. If Wolfe was giving you a hard time, that showed that he loved you.
A memorial service will be held at Mt. Zion Baptist Church on Wednesday, March 6th, 2024, at 4pm, with Pastor Andy Clapp presiding. Visitation will follow the service at the church in the new fellowship hall. 261, Robert McCabe Wolfe
