    BURLINGTON — Mrs. Zettie S. Arnold, 80, formerly of Sellars Mill Road, died at Alamance Health Care Center on Saturday, June 18, 2011, at 12:48 a.m.
    A native of Johnston County, she was the wife of the late Eddie C. Arnold Jr. and the daughter of Henry Strickland and Zelphia Whitley Strickland, both deceased. She was a member of Eastlawn Baptist Church.
    Survivors include four daughters, Betty Hundley and husband, Jesse, of Mebane and Annette Johnson and husband, Tim, Shirley Baker and husband, Bob, and Brenda Brawn and Kenny Perry, all of Burlington; one sister, Janice Lynch of Burlington; two brothers, Levie Strickland and James “Buddy” Strickland, both of Burlington; seven grandchildren; and five greatgrandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.
    The funeral service will be conducted at Eastlawn Baptist Church on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Stephen Joyner. Burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park.
    The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. Other times they will be at the residence of a daughter, Annette Johnson, 2803 Berkley Road, Burlington, NC.
    Memorials may be made to Eastlawn Baptist Church, 432 North Sellars Mill Road, Burlington, NC 27217.
