REIDSVILLE, N.C. — Hulen Wilson Aldridge, 86, of 8756 N.C. Hwy. 150 East, died Thursday, July 7, 2011 at Annie Penn Hospital.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Locust Hill United Methodist Church and burial will follow in the church cemetery.
A native of Caswell County, he was the son of the late George Richard and Lizzie Green Stainback Aldridge and he lived in the Locust Hill community.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Buck Aldridge, of the home; son, Gary Ken Aldridge, of Cary; daughter, Rebecca Kay Pryce (Andy), of Graham; grandchildren, Jon Shrieves (Amanda) and Kristin Bonoyer (Jeremy); great-grandchildren, Wyatt Shrieves and Madison Czerepak; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2011 at Citty Funeral Home and at other times at the residence.
Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell, 914 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, N.C. 27215 or Caswell County Relay for Life, 4A Oak Branch Drive, Greensboro, N.C. 27407 or the charity of one’s choice.
