Mr. Paul Horner, 81, of Burlington passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Friday, December 31, 2021 at 9:03 a.m.
A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of Glenda Clapp Horner, who survives and the son of Jessie Willard Horner and Margaret Ramsey Noble, both deceased. He was the owner of Paul Horner Auto Sales.
In addition to his wife of their home, survivors include two daughters, Shannon Horner of Graham and Terrie Schiffman and husband Arnold of Greensboro; son, Todd Horner of Burlington; four grandchildren, Madison Horner, Margo Schiffman, Anthony Schiffman, and Brinkley Schiffman; two half-sisters, Jan Cheek and husband Larry of Martinsville, VA and Debbie King of Burlington; brother-in-law, Alvis Greeson and wife Vicki of Liberty; and dog, Tar Heel. He was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Horner.
The family will receive friends at the residence from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday evening, January 5, 2022.
