Obituary Online notes for Nancy ALLISON
BURLINGTON - Mrs. Nancy Allison Euliss, 69, of 6238 Kimesville Rd., Liberty, died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 1998, at her home, after a lengthy illness.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, 1998, at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, conducted by Dr. Charles D. Adams, Pastor of the church, assisted by the Rev. W.D. Allison.

She was born in Alamance County, the daughter of the late Walker Marion and Virgie Isley Allison. She was retired from Kayser Roth. Mrs. Euliss was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School, was a member of the choir, administrative board, Ferguson Circle, Wonderful Wednesdays, Children Sunday School Superintendent and Bazaar chairman.

Survivors are her husband, Devoe C. Euliss of the home; three sons, Roger Layne Euliss of Greensboro, James Matthew "Jimmy" Euliss and Dennis Wayne Euliss, both of Liberty; one sister, Mrs. Polly Johnson of Burlington; two brothers, Rev. W.D. Allison, Jerry Wayne Allison, both of Haw River; two grandchildren; one step-grandchild; one great-grandchild; one step-great-grandchild.

Mrs. Euliss will remain at Lowe Funeral Home until being taken to the church to lie in state 30 minutes, prior to the funeral service. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, 1998, at the funeral home. At other times, they will be at the residence.
