BURLINGTON – Daisy Wrenn Eury, 88, died on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at the Hospice Home.
She was the wife of the late Odell Eury. She was born December 16, 1929 to the late Maxie and Ollie Atkins Wrenn.
She is survived by her sisters, Doris Ward, Sylvia Smith and Lynette (Ronald) Hardy; brother, Joe (Annette) Wrenn; sisters-inlaw, Cora Beth Wrenn, Carolyn Wrenn and Elaine Wrenn; niece caretaker, Cindy Cates and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sisters, Irma Cozart and Norma Price and brothers, Jack, Hubert, Jimmy, Harry, Roy and Iven.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Steve Pruitt. The family will receive friends from 12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Yukon Cemetery in Ellijay, GA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell, 914 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215 or to the American Lung Association at www.lung.org/donate.
