Roxanne Carmichael Forsythe
   HENDERSON — Roxanne Carmichael Forsythe, 51, 2566 Gillburg Road, Henderson, died Friday, April 26, 2013, at her residence.

   Roxanne was a native of Alamance County and a graduate of N.C. Wesleyan College. She was formerly employed at Maria Parham Medical Center in Henderson and was a member of Central Baptist Church in Henderson.

   Survivors include her husband, David Allen Forsythe of the home; son, James Matthew Forsythe and fiancee, Hannah Woriax, home; stepson, Chris Forsythe and wife, Pam, of Youngsville; mother; Mildred Kernodle Carmichael of Mebane; sisters; Sherby Wood and husband, Mike, and Theresa Kontoulas and husband, Greg; a brother, Myron Keith Carmichael and wife, Deborah; and grandchildren; Kelsey Forsythe and Cody Cash.

   She was preceded in death by her father; James Elder Carmichael.

   Funeral

   services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday,

   McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane, with the Rev. Bruce Beck officiating.

   The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Home in Mebane, 1308 South Third St., Mebane, NC from 6 to 8 Monday night, and at other times at the residence of Diana Perkins, 141 Lake Latham Road, Mebane.
