MRS. JANE HOLT ISLEY
Mrs. Jane Holt Isley, 77, of route 1, Graham, died on January 22 at the residence of her son, J. P. Isley, after an Illness of one month.
She was the widow of the late Levi R. Isley and a native of Alamance county.
She was the daughter of the late Henry B. Holt and Mrs. Jane Coble Holt.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Mount Hermon M. P. church.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Rev. J. R. Anderson, pastor of the church. Rev. J. E. Carroll of Greensboro and Rev. L. E. Mabrey of Lexington will have charge of services.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Thompson, R.F.D., Graham, Mrs. Olivia Shoe, R.F.D., Snow Camp; four sons, Willard Isley, route 2, Snow Camp, E. L. Isley, route 1, Burlington, J. F. Isley and J. H. Isley of route 1, Graham; one sister, Mrs. Ellen Neese, Greensboro; three brothers, J. H. B. Holt, R.F.D., Snow Camp; G. M. Holt and L. R. Holt, R.F.D., Snow Camp; 24 grandchildren.
The body was removed to the residence from Rich and Thompson mortuary this afternoon.
