BURLINGTON - Judith “Judy” Ann Boswell, 71, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Liberty Commons surrounded by her family. She was born on June 7, 1947 in Alamance County to the late Aubrey Brooks Boswell and Nancy Hensley Boswell.
Judy formerly worked at Tower Hosiery through the Vocational Trades of Alamance. She enjoyed making crafts and attending West Burlington Church of God when she was able.
Judy is survived by her sister, Loretta Madren and husband, Daniel; a brother, William “Bill” Boswell; several nieces and nephews; and her extended family at West Hillcrest Group Home. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Willa Jean Webster; brothers, Raymond and Ronnie Boswell; sister-in-law, Lois Boswell and a brother-in-law, Eddie Webster.
The graveside service will be held 2:00pm Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Kerr’s Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Olin Tatum. The family will receive friends from 12:30pm to 1:30pm Wednesday at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory, prior to the graveside service.
