Cornelia Coble Stanton

   GRAHAM — Cornelia Coble Stanton, 86, passed away on July 10, 2015 at The Hospice and Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell. She was the wife of the late Robert G. Stanton and a member of Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church.

   Survivors include her daughter Kay Combs (Chris) of the Outer Banks, stepson; Ted Stanton, sisters; Agnes White and Helen Byers.

   Other than her husband she was preceded in death by her parents Mattie Thompson and Shelly Graham Coble, brothers; Cecil and Ross Coble, sisters; Kathleen Patterson and Rebecca Robertson.

   The family will receive friends on Sunday July 12, 2015 from 4-6 at McClure Funeral and Cremation Service in Graham. The funeral service will be held at Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church on Monday July 13, 2015 at 3:00pm with the burial to follow in the church cemetery.

   In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Hospice and Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell 914 Chapel Hill Rd. Burlington, NC 27215 or Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church 4178 Mount Hermon Rock Creek Rd. Graham, NC 27253. Condolences may be offered at
