Obituary of James Edward Satterfield
James Edward Satterfield, age 68, of 6190 Evening Shade Rd., Troy died Tuesday, July 9, 2002 at his home.

Mr. Satterfield was a native of Moore county and retired from Servco. He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence Yarborough and Lottie Ellison Crabtree Bullins Satterfield.

He is survived by his wife Betty Williams Satterfield; three sons: Kenneth James Satterfield, Randall Edward Satterfield, and William Arthur Satterfield all of Troy, NC; daughter & her finace Jamie Michelle Satterfield and Andrew Turner of Morehead City, NC; one brother: Robert Lee Satterfield of Asheboro, NC; NC; four grandsons: Luke, Jonathan, and Hunter Satterfield and Dylan Turner.

The family will receive frends Wednesday, July 10, 2002 from 7 - 9 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The funeral will be Thursday, July 10, 2002 at 2:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. L. H. Parks, Jr. and Rev. Joseph Edwards officiating.

Burial will be in Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery, Asheboro.
