Obituary Online notes for Edith SHEPHERD
Mrs. Edith Shepard Clapp, 82, died Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at Moses Cone Hospital.

The funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Pleasant Union United Methodist Church by the Rev. Cecil Donahue. Burial will follow at Gilmore Memorial Park.

Mrs. Clapp retired from Sears Roebuck and Co. and she was a member of Pleasant Union United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lacy Kendall Clapp.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at Loflin Funeral Home of Liberty.
