CANDOR - Mrs. Agnes Cagle Smith, 70, of Route 1 died Friday at Montgomery Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Laurel Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
A native of Montgomery County, she was a retired employee of Autumn Care Nursing Center in Biscoe.
Surviving are son, Tony Smith of Troy; daughter, Mrs. Beverly Johnson of Fayetteville; sisters, Mrs. Josephine Parker of Asheboro, Mrs. Hazel Smith of Denton; brother, Fulton Cagle of Mount Gilead; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
The family will be at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home 7-9 p.m. today, other times at the residence of her son, Highway 134 North.
