Mrs. Huberta Hardy Busick

BURLINGTON — Mrs. Huberta Hardy Busick, 90, of 11933 N.C. 119 South, died at 6:10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, 2000, at Alamance Health Care after several years of failing health.

Born Dec. 11, 1909, in Guilford County, she was the wife of the late Mr. Sanford Lee Busick and the daughter of Mr. Grover Cleveland Hardy and Mrs. Cassie Apple Hardy, both deceased.

She was a homemaker and a member of Bethel United Christian Church.

Survivors include a son, Mr. Beamon Busick of Burlington; two sisters, Mrs. Lorraine Barton and Mrs. Ruth H. Chrismon, both of Browns Summit; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mrs. Peggy Busick Loman.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Burlington by the Rev. Paul Stinnett.

Burial will be in Alamance Memorial Park.

There will be no visitation.

Memorials may be made to Bethel United Christian Church.
