Thomas Alton “Bud” Little
 

 GIBSONVILLE — Thomas Alton “Bud” Little, 73, passed away at Moses Cone Hospital on Saturday, May 28, 2016, after several years of declining health.
 
 A native of Guilford County, he was the husband of Glenda D. Little and the son of the late Marvin Samuel Little and the late Effie Lee Smith. He worked for Cone Mills at their Minneola Plant for 28 years and retired after working 20 years in the maintenance department of the First Presbyterian Church in Greensboro. Throughout his life, he loved gardening and was an avid fisherman.
 
 In addition to his wife, Glenda D. Little, of the home, he is survived by two daughters, Donna Peoples and her late husband Bobby and Patricia Little Dameron (Tony Smith); two sons, Richard Little (Chasity) and Ronald Little (Donna Anderson); one stepson, Randall Hundley (Joanne); two brothers, Alvin Little and Howard Little (Carolyn); two sisters, Lorene Morene (Bill) and Ethel Smith (Charles); one sisterin-law, Sandra Little; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren;special friend, Glenn Snyder; several nieces and nephews, special friends and neighbors.
 
 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Doris Delaine Little; and one brother, Ray Little.
 
 The family will receive friends at the Rich and Thompson Mortuary in Burlington on Tuesday evening from 6 until 8. At other times they will be at his residence.
 
 A graveside service will be conducted in Alamance Memorial Park on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at 2 p.m.
