Obituary Online notes for Evalyn DUGGAN
Evalyn Mace, daughter of Alfred and Chlora (Buhler) Duggan, was born November 27, 1927 in Hammond, Missouri. She departed this life Thursday, June 28, 2007 in her residence in Squires, Missouri at the age of seventy-nine years, seven months and one day.
On September 29, 1945, Evalyn was united in marriage to James Mace and to this union four daughters were born. Together they shared forty eight years until James' passing on February 15, 1994.
Evalyn was also preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Genevee Fry and Margie Webb; as well as two grandchildren.
She is survived by four daughters, Deloris Dougherty and her husband, Henry, of Forsyth, Missouri, Joyce Coonts and her husband, Jack, of Norwood, Missouri, and Alfreda Barlett and Janice Hall, both of Ava, Missouri; six grandchildren, Letha Stamper, Scottie Plumb, Aundria Reynolds, Torie Ayers, Cody Hall and Nichole Barlett; seven great-grandchildren, Leslie Stamper, Hidie Jo Ayers, Auto Ayers, Dustie Plumb, Joey Plumb, Jake Plumb and Marissa Reynolds; several step grandchildren; as well as several step-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Leona Ward, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, Clara Jones, of Mansfield, Missouri, and Louise Box, of Hartville, Missouri; one brother, Marvin Duggan, of Buffalo, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and many dear friends.
Evalyn was born in Hammond, Missouri, but spent most of her life in the Mansfield area.
Evalyn was a devoted wife and mother. She attended Assembly of God Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, gardening and fishing. She also loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Evalyn was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt and was a caring neighbor and friend. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all those who loved and knew her.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 30, 2007, in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Lebanon. Burial will be in the Hensley Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 7 - 8:00 p.m. under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Mansfield, Missouri.  470, Evalyn Duggan Mace
