Obituary Online notes for Nora Jean MCDANIEL
GREENSBORO- Nora Jean Wolfe, 71, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006, at Moses Cone Hospital.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Guilford Memorial Park.
Nora was a native of Rockingham County, the daughter of James Clifford and Luzanie Portis McDaniel. She retired with 43 years of service from RSM McGladrey, Inc. where she was employed as a secretary.
Nora was preceded in death by her parents, brother Ralph McDaniel and two sisters, Pauline Dew and Agnes McDaniel.
Surviving are her children, daughter, Pamela Wolfe Campbell and husband Devon of Tahlequah, Okla.; and son Charles Larry Wolfe and wife Suzette of Greensboro; grandchildren, Lee Michael Hazelwood of Eden and Matthew Wolfe and Aaron Wolfe, both of Greensboro; seven sisters, Margaret McDaniel of Ruffin, Mamie Taylor of Cascade, Va., Ruth Carmon of Gibsonville, Hershey Calliouet of Eden, Kathleen Lovings of Greensboro, Carrie Branch of Goose Creek, S.C., and Lalia Wilson of Eden; and a special companion, George L. Tucker of Greensboro.
