Artie A. Grounds Conner RIDGWAY was the daughter of Noah and Katherine Lingle GROUNDS. According to Missouri Death Certificate No. 23844 for Artie's daughter, Harriet Lucinda 'Hattie' Conner Chrisman ALLABACK, Artie's full given name was Artimacy. Artie married first on 30 SEP 1877 to Alfred CONNER in Daviess County, MO. Next, she married John William RIDGWAY on 13 OCT 1909 in Goodland, Sherman, KS, divorced him and married him again on 17 NOV 1913 in Neosho, Newton, Missouri. Artie finally divorced John William RIDGWAY on 30 DEC 1918 but they continued to refer to one another as husband and wife! Artie's first husband, Alfred CONNER is also buried in HARVEY CEMETERY and Artie's & Alfred's daughter, Harriet Lucinda 'Hattie' Conner CHRISMAN, acted as the informant on both of her parents' death certificates. Artie is buried in Row 4, Lot 11, next to her first husband, Alfred CONNER.
