MEBANE- Mrs. Lunette Plexico, 87, of Mebane passed away at AuthoraCare Hospice Home on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 following her battle with Alzheimers.
A native of York County, South Carolina, she was the loving wife of Rev. Dr. Andral Bratton “A. B.” Plexico, Jr. and the daughter of Wylie Good and Rena Goforth Good, both deceased. She was employed at Walter Kidde as a secretary in the engineering department, and was also a volunteer in the school system. She was an active member of Hawfields Presbyterian Church where she was a Sunday school teacher and choir member. If the doors of the church were open, she was there. Lunette will be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to all.
In addition to her husband, survivors include two daughters, Ann Boone and husband Allen of Mebane and Susie Scott and husband Greg of Mebane; two grandchildren, Paul Jollay and wife Ashli of Winston- Salem and Ben Scott and fiancé Amber Joyce of Summerfield; one great granddaughter, Bailey Jollay; sister, Judy Howe and husband Jimmy of Sharon, SC; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four siblings, Cline Good, David Good, Mary Good, and Joanne McCraw.
Family and friends are welcome to come to Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham on Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. to pay their respects. At other times, the family will be at the home of Susie and Greg Scott.
A graveside service will be conducted at Hawfields Presbyterian Church Cemetery on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
