Elizabeth was born in Caswell County, North Carolina on May 3, 1749. She was the daughter of Samuel and Eleanor Walker. She married Noah Cobb in Caswell County on December 4, 1766. Elizabeth and Noah had ten children, all born in Caswell County. Noah drew up his will in November of 1808 and was dead by December.
