ELON - Carolyn Marie Massey Jordan, 71, passed away Friday, February 23, 2018 at Alamance Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family.
She was born in Alamance County on October 25, 1946 to Gladys Crumpton Hensley who survives and the late Floyd Eugene Massey and was married to the late Alton Douglas Jordan who died in 2013.
Carolyn was a homemaker and a member of Shallow Ford Christian Church.
Carolyn is survived by her parents, Gladys and Howard Hensley; a son, Harold Eugene Huffines, Jr.; brother, Dwight Hensley and wife, Debbie; niece, Kelly Uhl and husband, Jeremiah; nephews, Nick Ingle and wife, Shanda and Taylor Hensley.
The funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, February 26, 2018 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Mr. Mack Ray with the burial to follow in Bethlehem Christian Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:45 pm at the funeral home prior to the service and other times at the parents' home.
