Henry Lee Satterfield

GIBSONVILLE - Henry Lee Satterfield, 80, of 9163 Parkdale Rd. died Friday, March 15, 2019, at Hospice and Palliative Care of Burlington.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00PM Sunday, March 17, 2019, at Camp Springs United Methodist Church, where he was a member, and burial will follow in the church cemetery with Military Rites.

A native of Alamance Co., he was a son of the late Lacy and Vera Murray Satterfield and had lived in the Williamsburg Community for the past 45 years. Henry was a retired truck driver with Overnight Transportation and later with Wicker Trucking and a US Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son; Anthony Satterfield and his brothers; William, Tommy, & Woodrow.

Surviving is his wife of 51 years; Angilea Boone Satterfield of the home, sons; Jamie Satterfield (Brandi) of Cherry Grove and Brad Satterfield (Kellie) of Union Ridge, grandchildren; Allyson, Jeremy, Hunter, Wyatt, & Lane, great grandchildren; Brody and Raylan.

The family will see friends from 6:00 till 8:00 PM Saturday, March 16, 2019, at Citty Funeral Home and at other times at the residence. Memorials may be made to Camp Springs United Meth.
