GIBSONVILLE — Gordon Marion Patterson, 68, of 389 Browns Chapel Rd., died Wednesday, November 27,
2002 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital.
A native of Alamance County, he was a son of the late Edgar and Elida Garrison Patterson and had lived in Caswell County for the past 18 years. He was a dedicated member of Cherry Grove Missonary Baptist Church and a retired employee of Burlington Industries Williamsburg Plant .
He was preceded in death by two sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Massey Patterson of the home; a son Keith Patterson and wife Cindy of Reidsville; a daughter Rhonda Easter of Reidsville; two stepdaughters Renee Ore and husband David of Elon and Nadine Gwynn and husband Raymond of Gibsonville; two brothers Marvin Patterson and wife Judy of Elon and Clark Patterson and wife Lila of Burlington; three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, three great grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Cherry Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will see friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday at Cherry Grove Missionary Baptist Church and at other times at the residence. Memorials may be made to Cherry Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 412 Browns Chapel Rd. Gibsonville, N.C. 27249. 3, Gordon Marion Patterson
