Services for Herman L. Whitesel, 76, Rt. 2, Wabash, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Eddingfield-Gerber Mortuary in Wabash.
Mr. Whitesel, a retired farmer and former school board member in Wabash, died yesterday at his home.
He is survived by a son, Robert, Rt. 3, Wabash; and a daughter Mrs. Allen Bright, Rt. 1, LaFontaine. He left four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
His wife, Helen Mary Johnson Whitesel, died four years ago. His parents, Jesse and Lou Speck Whitesel, are also deceased.
Presiding at the Saturday services will be the Rev. Mike Coyner and the Rev. William Sadler. He will be buried in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Wabash County.
