Obituary Online notes for Roberta Jeanne WEST
ANDERSON--Jeanne Hurdle, 90, Anderson, and formerly of Muncie, passed away Saturday morning, March 11, 2017 at her home. She was born Aug. 20, 1926, in Alexandria, the daughter of Bertha Louis (Bicknell) Davis.
Jeanne was a retired beautician. She loved working crossword puzzles, shopping at thrift stores, singing and sewing. Jeanne was a longtime member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Muncie.
Survivors include two sons, Randy Hurdle and B.J. Worthen; and a very large extended, loving family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Hurdle; and two sons, Rick Byrd and Mike Byrd.
A Memorial Committal Service will be held 3 p.m. Thursday at Elm Ridge Mausoleum Chapel. Elm Ridge Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements.
