Obituary Online notes for Edna Mae FOSTER
Edna Mae Neese, 87, of Julian, N.C., died Sunday, November 23, 2008, at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, N.C.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 26, at Mt. Hope United Church of Christ. Following the service, Edna will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, Ralph Neese at the church cemetery.
She was a long-time member of the Mount Hope United Church of Christ. Edna will be remembered by her family as a loving wife and mother who adored her grandchildren and loved her Lord.
In addition to her husband, Edna was preceded by a son, David Monroe Neese, Sr. and a daughter, Donita Fay Neese.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Neese of Julian, N.C.; her sons, Ralph Eugene Neese (Peggy Jean) of Julian, Eddie James Neese (Sherry) of Whitsett, Richard Alvin Neese (Lori) of Carolina Beach, and Rev. Donald Christopher Neese of Mebane; grandchildren, David, Jr., Timmy, Sammy, Drew, Angel, Shannon, Christina, Robin, Matthew, Christy, Misty, and James along with 15 great-grandchildren; and one great- great-grandchild; along with loving friends, Eunis and Ola Simpson.
