Thelma S. Correll, 82, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2019 at Beacon Place of Greensboro.
A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on December 17, 2019 at Forbis & Dick, Pleasant Garden Chapel, 4601 Pleasant Garden Road, Pleasant Garden, NC 27313. The family will receive friends at 1 pm at Forbis & Dick.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Percy and Gladys Shelton, her husband John Correll, and three brothers, Bobby Shelton, Thomas Shelton, and Percy Shelton, Jr.
She is survived by her fours sisters, Clara Ward, Louise Gillie, Ann Ballard and Priscilla (Bob) Ewalt, three sons, Terry (Soonie) Pegram, Donnie (Patti) Pegram and Randy Pegram, stepdaughter Delena Beth (Gordon) Knight, stepson John (Kim) Correll, 5 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 7027 Albert Prick Rd. Greensboro, NC 27409 or the American Heart Association 7029 Albert Pick Rd Ste 200, Greensboro, NC 27409.
