Obituary Online notes for “Jenny” Virginia Frances TROXLER
Virginia Frances Troxler Clodfelter, 98, passed away Monday, November 9, 2020 in Brookstone Retirement Center.
She was born Nov. 7, 1922 in Davidson County, NC, the daughter of the late Robert and Myrtle Squire Troxler.
Virginia worked for many years as a nursing assistant with High Point Regional Medical Center.
She was a member of Shady Grove United Methodist Church.
She enjoyed traveling to the mountains and going fishing at the beach.
She was married to Mr. John D. Clodfelter who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death is one daughter, Brenda Gail Pulliam; two sons, Bobby John Clodfelter and John Dee Clodfelter; one sister, Becky Reel; three brothers, R. S. Troxler, Lyman Troxler and William “Pinky” Troxler.
Surviving is one son, Donald Wayne Clodfelter and wife Joyce of Winston Salem, NC; four grandchildren, Dean Pulliam and Floyd of Lexington, NC, Jamie Pulliam of High Point, Warren Schucker and wife Natalie of High Point, NC and Don Clodfelter and wife Mandy of Winston Salem, NC; four great grandchildren, Bailey Schucker, Dawson Clodfelter, Eden Clodfelter and Paxton Clodfelter.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 2:00 PM in Shady Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Tom Mabry officiating.
