Obituary Online notes for Judith D. MORLAN
Judith D. Saunders, 66 of rural Decatur passed away Friday,
September 28, 2007 at Adams Memorial Hospital. Judith was
the daughter of Marvin & Eileen (Donohue) Morlan. Born in
Gary, IN on August 23, 1941. She married Earl M. Saunders III
on October 21, 1961. He survives.
Other survivors are 2 sons Scott E. Saunders of Indianapolis
and David L. Saunders of Decatur, 2 daughters Lynn (Barney)
Rickord of Decatur and Laurie (Dave) Miller of Waterloo, a
brother Stewart Morlan of Elkhart and 11 grandchildren.
Preceded her in death is a granddaughter, Stefanie Rickord.
Judith was a homemaker and attended St. Mary of the
Assumption Catholic Church.
Visitation is 4-8 pm Monday, October 1, 2007 at Haggard &
Sefton Funeral Home. Funeral service is at 11:00 am
Tuesday, October 2, 2007 also at the funeral home. Father
David Voors will be officiating, and burial is in St. Joseph
Catholic cemetery in Decatur.
Memorials are to Ronald McDonald House.
