PHELPS, Sara F. 87, of Valrico, died on January 21, 2018. Born in Durham County, NC, she was a homemaker and a member of Southside Baptist Church. She was very dedicated to her family, her church, and her Lord and Savior in any capacity that she felt called to. She is predeceased by her husband, Victor H. Phelps; parents, Arvy and Ethel Mae Frazier; her brother, Robert Frazier; son, Richard L. Phelps; and sister-in-law, Cathie Frazier. She is survived by her sons John M. Phelps (Cheryl) and Robert M. Phelps (Cindi), brothers Richard Frazier (Dorothy) and Raymond Frazier; seven grandchildren, her seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; sister-in-law, Helen Frazier; and daughter-in-law, :inda Phelps.
