Richard L. "Rick" Phelps, Sr., age 59, of Hummingbird Lane, Boone, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2013, at his home.
Rick is survived by his wife, Linda Roberts Phelps of the home; two daughters, Joy Torrence and husband Crisler of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Patricia Gray of Thonotassa, Florida; one son, Richard L. Phelps, Jr. of Thonotassa, Florida; his mother, Sara Frazier Phelps of Brandon, Florida; two brothers, John M. Phelps and wife Cheryl, and Robert M. Phelps and wife Cindi, all of Brandon, Florida. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and a great-nephew.
He was preceded in death by his father, Victor H. Phelps.
Funeral arrangements for Richard L. "Rick" Phelps, Sr. are incomplete at this time.
