A native of Guilford County, he was a retired farmer and retired employee of Oxford Equipment. He was a member of Apple Chapel Christian Church, a former deacon and trustee of the church and a member of the Men's Adult Sunday School Class. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lalah Shepherd Cook and one daughter, Mrs. Edith C. Elliot, and one grandchild. 470, Ralis Milton Cook-
