Ronnie Lee Wilson
    BURLINGTON — Mr. Ronnie Lee Wilson, 65, of 2222 Lee Drive, Burlington died at his residence on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 8:24 a.m. following several months of failing health.
    A native of Caswell County, he was the husband of Joy Wright Wilson, who survives, and the son of Spencer Lee Wilson and Nina Lee Smith Wilson, both deceased.
    He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during the Viet NamWar, and a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He was a longtime commercial printer and owner/ operator of Sharkey’s Grill for 16 years. He loved to fish and play golf, but he mainly loved to cut up and enjoy the company of good friends.
    In addition to his wife of the home, survivors include three daughters, Michelle Wilson Wallace and husband Jimmy of Mebane, Sonya Wilson and fiancé Todd Justice, both of Burlington, and Rhonda Wilson Golden and husband Chad of Graham; three grandchildren, Melissa Wallace, Treston Golden and Randall Justice; two brothers, Mac Wilson of Elon and Frank Wilson of Wilmington; two sisters, Ginger Moore of Fancy Gap and Norma Barrow of Burlington; and several nieces and nephews.
    He was preceded in death by two sisters, Edna Somers and Kay Wilson.
    A graveside service will be conducted at Pine Hill Cemetery on Friday, May 14, 2010 at 1 p.m. by Pastor Darrell Massey.
    The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Thursday from 6 until 8 p.m. At other times they will be at the residence.
    Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell, 914 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, N.C. 27215.
