BURLINGTON — Emma Maybud Faucette Leath, 88, of Burlington passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, at Alamance Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Alamance County to the late Ernest and Cletus Mansfield Faucette and was married to the late William Howard Leath. She was a homemaker and a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.
Sheissurvivedbyherdaughters, Kay Foster and Laura Roney of Burlington; son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Jo Leath of Burlington; grandchildren, Johnny (Sonja) Foster, Connie (Ken) Woody, Michael (Tracey) Beckom and greatgrandchildren, Abby Foster, Bayleigh Foster, Kolbe Woody and Katey Beckom.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sister, Edith Faucette Lewis and sonsin-law, Wayne Foster and Gene Roney.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Bethel United Methodist Church by the Rev. Stewart Crank with interment to follow in Bethlehem Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 Thursday evening at Lowe Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
