Obituary Online notes for Annie Myrtle WAYNICK
Per NC Census and Death Record, Annie was the daughter of Jalia A. Smothers and Pinkney Waynick. She married Albert Turner about 1907 and they had four known children.

Her obituary in the Greensboro Daily News, November 24, 1971, provides that she was a native of Rockingham County, but had lived in Greensboro the last 56 years. Surviving were her daughter, Mrs. Margaret Barbee of Greensboro; son, Clay Turner of Greensboro; brothers, Roy Waynick of Greensboro; sisters, Mrs. Maggie Bennett of Hollywood, Fla., and Mrs. Bert Milloway of Danville, Va.
