Mr. Bernard V. Jarrett, Sr, 91, formerly of 1883 Miles Chapel Road, Mebane, died Sunday, June 18, 2006.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Irene Mills Jarrett; three daughters, Mrs. Mary J. Whitley of Burlington, Mrs. Ann J. Painter of Durham, and Mrs. Linda J. Hayes of Auroa, Illinois; one son, Mr. B. Vaughn Jarrett, Jr. of Mebane.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at the Rich and Thompson Chapel in Graham at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at the Rich and Thompson Funeral Home in Graham on this evening from 6 until 8 p.m. 419
