With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melvin Riley of Summerfield, North Carolina, who passed away on December 21, 2022 at the age of 92.

He is survived by : his wife Ava M. Riley; his step-daughters, Kathy C. Miller of Greensboro, Dawn C. Johnson of Todd, NC and Patty C. Triche of Colfax; his brother Harold Gene Riley of Reidsville; and his niece Kay Berkeley of Gibsonville.
