MEBANE - Thermon Heath Deese, JR, passed away December 11, 2018 at his home in Mebane, NC. Born December 29, 1942, he was the son of the late, Thermon Heath Deese, SR and Dorothy “Dot” Humphries Freshwater.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 2pm at Lighthouse Chapel, 1821 N Church Street Suite E, Burlington, NC.
Mr. Thermon was a veteran of the Army, as well as a Fireman for several years most recently serving for the Swepsonville Fire Department.
Thermon was preceded in death by both of his parents and his grandsons, Dustin Lee Deese and Steve Foster. He is survived by his children, Danny Deese (Cindi), Dottie Deese, Donna Price, Donald Deese, and DeAnne Deese Ashburn (Cary); grandchildren, Troy Allen Deese, Amber Wilson, Stacey Foster, Chasity Deese, Kevin Morgan, Joshua Deese, Ashley Price, James Moorefield, Peggy Bowman, Carrie Deese, Joe Deese, Jessica Perry and Wesley Deese; brothers, Lee Roy Deese, Gary Deese, and Timothy Freshwater; as well as many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to give acknowledgement to the Swepsonville Fire Department. Services entrusted to Triad Cremation & Funeral Service. 3, Thermon Heath Deese, JR.
